Our annual Labour Day Weekend retreat will take place from August 30th to September 2nd and we need your help in fundraising for this event by joining us for a special Walk-a-thon!

 

Date: Sunday May 26th, 2024

Time: 1:30pm

Starting Point: Arthur-Therrien Park in front of the swimming pool entrance 3910 Bd Gaétan Laberge, Verdun, QC H4G 2A3)

Age Group: All ages are welcome!

 

In case of bad weather, the walk-a-thon will be moved to June 9th.

 

How to participate?

1. Register at https://forms.gle/pcWUGEo8o6AZqaLS8

2. Download the sponsor sheet here.

3. Find friends and families to sponsor your walk. (For all donations of $10 or more, a tax receipt can be requested.)

4. Send completed sponsor sheet to carol.chik@gmail.com by May 26th.

5. Bring raised funds on the day of the Walk-a-thon.
    

Please remember to bring:

• Comfortable clothing + shoes

• Sponsor sheet + raised funds

• Sunscreen

• Personal water bottle (you will be able to fill your bottle at each checkpoint.) 
   

We will gather at the park for prayer time. All funds raised will be collected at church following the walk. Hope to see you in great numbers!
